Physical Description.  Steel tube stem with professional chromatic teal powder coating with welded steel wire and plating flower petals. Petals are weather resistant polycarbonate with fine cut detailing. Mini RGB LED spotlights illuminate each petal. Can be mounted into ground, flower pot, or on a steel stand.
